Among the many excellent events and parties surrounding the All-Star Game in San Diego over the last several days, I went to an EXCELLENT panel discussion about the role baseball plays in American society. Dick Enberg (SD Padres broadcaster, Hall of Fame broadcaster in baseball, tennis, golf, and football), Sandy Alderson (GM of the A’s & Mets, President of the Padres), Tim Kurkjian (ESPN & Dallas Morning News baseball analyst), and Donna Cohen (a 5-generation Red Sox season ticket holder) did an excellent job! Baseball fans, take an hour and watch this fun, funny, and touching seminar!
